Live Nation Connect, the concert organizer, has issued a second statement outlining safety measures and attendee support following a partial seating structure collapse during the Asni-Wasant farewell concert on September 2, 2025, at Impact Arena. The company was forced to halt the performance immediately to ensure public safety.
Safety measures include complete removal and replacement of the elevated seating platform—not just the affected area—under strict engineering supervision from Pak Kret Municipality, Impact Arena, and Live Nation. All parties have conducted detailed meetings and thorough safety inspections, confirming the venue is ready for upcoming shows on September 3, 5, 6, and 8 at 7:00 p.m.
Ticket holders from September 2 can use their original tickets for the final performance on September 9 at 7:00 p.m. Those unable to attend can request refunds through Thai Ticket Major at all 11 branches by September 6. Refunded tickets will be resold starting September 7 for the final show.
Live Nation Connect apologizes for the incident and any inconvenience caused, accepting full responsibility and promising enhanced safety measures will make the remaining concerts a memorable experience for Asni and Wasant fans.
