He instructed all government agencies to listen to public concerns, quickly fix shortcomings, and target assistance to local needs.
The Prime Minister stated he would not be discouraged by public criticism and apologized for the hardship caused. He emphasized the government would not simply listen and move on, but would actively seek solutions. The administration will use all available measures to drain water as quickly as possible through pumping and accelerated drainage operations, while maintaining continuous ground presence to track conditions and understand real problems from residents.
Regarding victim care, he urged those who are ill to seek medical treatment and those in at-risk areas to relocate for safety, with police and government agencies standing ready to assist.
