The defendant's behavior includes playing loud Buddhist chanting and leaving bags of feces, causing long-term distress to residents and affecting their mental health and quality of life. Although the court issued a conviction on July 23, 2569, the defendant continued the same pattern of harassment repeatedly after the sentence.
Residents in the area, particularly those living with bedridden patients, have suffered considerably and sought assistance from Nang Loeng Police to resolve the issue. Police have ordered officers to investigate thoroughly and gather evidence before prosecution on all nine counts, with the case currently pending trial.
