Ten-Year-Old Phattrapol Crowned ROK Cup Thailand Champion

Phattrapol Pankham, known as "Lotto," demonstrated remarkable consistency throughout the ROK Cup Thailand 2026 season, securing podium finishes in all four rounds to clinch the Mini ROK U10 championship with 140 points. The 10-year-old driver from the newly formed Kartwerks team made his mark on the season's final round at Pira Kart in Chon Buri on September 12-13, finishing second with a time of 13:45.653 minutes, just behind Chotithinin Itthiakkaratana, who edged him out by a fraction with 13:45.358 minutes. Phattrapol's consistent performance across all four rounds left his nearest competitor, Achira Pientpakdi from NRT Racing Team, far behind with only 101 points, while third place went to Chotithinin with 97 points.

Phattrapol's success marks a remarkable achievement for a driver in only his second serious season of go-kart racing, competing for the rookie team Kartwerks under the guidance of team owner and manager Win Chariya Nuya, a former Thai champion who has overseen training, car setup, and race strategy. Starting the season with victories in rounds one and two, Phattrapol maintained his form throughout, setting the fastest qualifying lap time of 57.169 seconds in round one and securing the Final 15 round victory with a combined time of 15:56.872 minutes, ahead of Joshua Tan by over four seconds. In other ROK Cup Thailand 2026 categories for the 2569 season, Chinnapat Wetchaphut topped the Mini ROK class with 145 points, Gavin Suphavanichiyanon won the Junior ROK GP with 143 points, and Poch Kongchol claimed the Rookies Junior ROK GP category with 141 points.
