Thai Actress Tack Sends Son Abroad for University Studies
Actress Tack Siriporn bid an emotional farewell to her son at the airport as he departed for university in the United Kingdom, accompanied by her sister for his first two weeks abroad.
On September 6, actress Tack Siriporn posted a video of herself seeing her son off at the airport for his flight to the United Kingdom to pursue further studies, captioning it "Keep fighting, my son." Tack and her son's grandmother came to see him off and offer blessings, while her husband sent his wishes from home. Tack encouraged her son to focus on his studies, stay safe during travel, and avoid going out late at night, wishing him success and happiness throughout his time in England.
Her son admitted to feeling both excited and exhausted from packing for several days with little sleep. The grandmother struggled to hold back tears as she embraced her grandson goodbye, telling him she would be proud of his achievements and wishing him safe travels. Tack later posted an emotional photo and caption after dropping her son off, stating that "Life is his to live—our role as parents is to support and encourage him, not to control or obstruct him. I wish you good fortune and to become a good person for this world, my son." She also shared a video of herself crying in the car after the departure.
In another post, Tack shared an image of her son sleeping at the airport lounge before boarding, joking that after days of packing with minimal rest, he was completely knocked out by the time they arrived. Her son did not travel alone; he was accompanied by Tack's younger sister, Aunt Beer, who will stay with him for the first two weeks to help him adjust to life in the United Kingdom. Photos of both the nephew and aunt boarding the flight were also shared.
