Thai Beverage Donates 20 Million Baht to Women's Volleyball Team

Thai Beverage and Escola have presented 20 million baht in sponsorship to celebrate the Thailand women's national volleyball team's historic achievements, including winning their fourth Asian championship and earning a spot at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics for the first time, as well as securing a bronze medal at the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan.

Thapan Sirivatanaphakdi, CEO of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, along with senior management including Thartip Sirinuphong, Surpol Utinthuto, Patrick Horatanachai, Namfon Angsutharungsri, and Chanyanya Wijitryuthasart, congratulated the team on their record-breaking international performances. The sponsorship of 20 million baht was split into two parts: 12 million baht for the players and coaching staff, and 8 million baht for the Thailand Volleyball Association to prepare for the 2028 Olympics.

The team's success began at the AVC Women's Volleyball Continental Championship 2026 in Tianjin, China, where Thailand defeated South Korea 3-0, Japan 3-1, and China 3-2 in the final to claim the Asian title and Olympic qualification. The team subsequently won bronze at the 2026 Asian Games in Japan by defeating South Korea 3-0. Thai Beverage has supported Thai volleyball for over four decades, from youth development through to professional athletes and national teams, and continues this mission under the Escola brand to inspire young athletes nationwide.
