Crest School, part of LEARN Corporation, reiterates its learning approach that blends academic foundations with individual talent development after student Saranyaphat Uyylaphan, known as “Focus,” was selected as one of Thailand’s four representatives and won three awards at the 19th International Earth Science Olympiad in Turin, Italy. He earned a silver medal in the IESO Individual Competition, which combines written and practical tests, a bronze medal in the Earth Science Project (ESP), and a bronze medal in the International Team Field Investigation (ITFI). Prior to this, Saranyaphat won a gold medal and achieved the highest national score in Thailand’s National Earth Science Olympiad (TESO 2026), securing his place among the four Thai representatives. The Thai team overall collected two silver and two bronze medals at IESO 2026. Saranyaphat has been interested in geology, rocks, fossils, and dinosaurs since childhood, developing his knowledge through continuous study. Crest School supports this interest via its Career‑based Curriculum; he chose the Global Engineering Pathway, which aligns with his passion for science and engineering, complemented by project‑based learning that strengthens analytical thinking, teamwork, and presentation skills. During the preparation camp and competition, the school helped him plan his studies, exams, and review sessions, allowing full readiness without disrupting his regular curriculum. This approach demonstrates the school’s role in extending student interests into clear development pathways and supporting each learner to reach their full potential.
