Thai Teqball Team Arranges Extra Meals for Athletes
Thailand's teqball team arranged supplementary meals outside the competition venue after the coach humorously complained about small portions provided by Japanese hosts at the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya.
Coach Rewat Pabchomphu of Thailand's teqball team competing in the 2026 Asian Games posted a humorous review of the lunch provided by Japanese hosts at the competition venue, joking that portions were small and he couldn't choose more than one type of vegetable. However, the Teqball Thailand Inside Facebook page later clarified that the team has arranged additional meals for athletes at restaurants outside the stadium. The page stated: "Thank you for your concern. We have arranged additional meals for our athletes outside the stadium. The athletes are well-fed and ready to compete. Please send your support and cheers to Thailand's athletes at the 20th Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan." Thailand's men's doubles pair of Sorasak Taosiree and Jerati Chanleang have successfully advanced to the semifinals, while women's doubles and mixed doubles competition will take place tomorrow, September 18, starting at 9:30 a.m.
