On September 17, an overloaded dump truck carrying soil and mud braked suddenly, causing its load to spill onto a sedan directly ahead at Wachirpol Five-Way intersection, Sukhaphipat 5 Road, Bang Khen District, Bangkok. The spill blocked traffic and created a traffic jam that drew public criticism on social media. District Director Sak Thep Kiattipitchaya, along with Deputy District Director Chatchaipaitur Masreenuan, the head of the Cleanliness and Public Parks Division, the head of the Municipal Affairs section, and related staff visited the site to investigate. Cleanliness and Public Parks Division staff swept and cleaned the road surface to restore normal traffic conditions. Municipal Affairs officials issued a fine to the violator and will proceed with further legal action to prevent similar incidents in the future.
