Nootsara Tomkum, a legendary Thai women's volleyball player from the ASEAN era, posted a message to the younger generation of athletes on social media regarding the Thai women's volleyball team's bronze medal finish at the 20th Asian Games in Japan. In her post, she wrote: 'Asian Games Nagoya, Aichi 2026—as a supporter this year, cheering for volleyball has been so much fun. I'm very proud of everyone on the Thai national team who brought such great joy to all Thai people. I love you all.'
