Krung Thai Panich Insurance Company has rolled out Ultra Living, a premium home insurance product aimed at wealthy clients, and secured the Business+ Product of the Year Award 2026 in the insurance category, presented by Business+ in partnership with Mahidol University's College of Management. The company is advancing its product development strategy to serve affluent customers and support Krung Thai Bank's wealth management expansion, creating insurance innovations tailored to the lifestyle and quality of life demands of high-net-worth business owners and luxury property holders.

Ultra Living was designed based on current customer needs to elevate protection standards for luxury-segment risks, distinguished from standard home insurance by coverage limits reaching 300 million baht. The product reflects the company's success in introducing a new insurance format to the market. Managing Director Suchawalee Saengonong received the award from Deputy Secretary-General Nurak Mapraneet at Jubilee Prestige Hotel.

Succhawalee Saengonong, Managing Director of Krung Thai Panich Insurance, explained that while the general residential property market faces slowdown, the super and ultra-luxury segment is growing with strong real demand. The company identified an opportunity to focus on high-purchasing-power clients seeking to elevate their living standards in line with their financial means and desiring privacy—a need standard home insurance cannot meet. The Ultra Living product protects architectural structure, interior design, and high-value assets with flexible coverage periods of 1, 3, or 5 years, and offers 24/7 Emergency Home Service Assistance through a partnership with HomePro.

Ultra Living covers architectural structure, interior design, and high-value assets within the home, with coverage limits tailored to property value and maximum insurance capital of 300 million baht. Coverage options are available for 1, 3, or 5 years. The company emphasizes service quality by providing 24/7 Emergency Home Service Assistance through a partnership with HomePro, ensuring customers receive professional home maintenance and support.
