The incident occurred at 5:00 a.m. on September 12, 2026, in Nong Khyaad subdistrict, Panasnikhom district, Chon Buri province, when staff from the subdistrict inspection unit and rescue volunteers were alerted to find an injured and unconscious woman. At the scene, rescue workers found the woman lying on the ground with a severe head wound and heavy bleeding, near a large broken water tank with scattered fragments and blood mixed with water. Officers discovered she had no pulse and was unresponsive, so they immediately began chest compressions and applied an AED before coordinating with the hospital ambulance to transport her urgently. According to the house owner, a 50-year-old man, he had been drinking alcohol with the woman when she suddenly got up complaining of abdominal pain and left. When he checked on her moments later, he found her with her head embedded in the broken water tank and immediately called for help. Police have documented the scene and are gathering statements from those present to determine the exact sequence of events and how the woman fell, as part of their ongoing investigation.
