On the second floor, she found another officer playing a video game who continued playing despite her pleas for help and request to wait. While waiting, she tried to explain her concern about the critical 72-hour timeframe for fraud cases, but the officer repeatedly interrupted her. Overwhelmed, she recorded a video of her tears, expressing disappointment that people in distress deserve better treatment and guidance from those they turn to for help. The incident has been confirmed to have occurred at Bang Lamung Police Station in Chon Buri, and officers are currently under investigation to determine further action.
