War Veterans Aid Team Delivers Flood Relief in Ayutthaya

Big Gai leads the War Veterans Organization team into Ayutthaya to visit disabled war veterans in Bang Sai, wading through floods to deliver relief packages and financial aid to 69 disabled war veterans at the Pink Sirin Building, Bang Sai Disabled War Veterans Agricultural Settlement, Bang Sai District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. General Kanthananat Nikornyannont, Director of the War Veterans Organization, accompanied by Jittanan Nikornyannont, President of the War Veterans Organization Ladies' Association, and the delegation, visited the province to meet war veterans and their families, presenting consumer goods and consolation money to members of the Bang Sai Disabled War Veterans Agricultural Settlement, numbering 69, who have been affected by the flood situation. On this occasion, the Director expressed concern for the war veterans and their families, honored their dignity and sacrifice of blood, flesh, and life in protecting the nation's independence and security, and affirmed that the War Veterans Organization will fully uphold the rights and welfare of war veterans across all six dimensions, ensuring they receive care and enjoy a good quality of life. At the same time, the team inspected the settlement's flood preparedness to assess impacts and prepare appropriate relief measures for the area.
Lieutenant Sergeant Siang Nanchan, a non-active duty war veteran, first-class badge holder, representing the Bang Sai settlement members, expressed gratitude and appreciation for the Director and team's visit, noting that the delivered consumer goods and financial aid would alleviate immediate hardship, and that the visit not only addresses living conditions but also provides vital psychological encouragement, reflecting the organization's care and attention toward war veterans and their families, and giving everyone strength to overcome this flood situation.
The Bang Sai settlement members affirmed their readiness to cooperate, follow organizational regulations, and collaborate with government agencies to jointly address and resolve the flood situation swiftly.
