Bangkok Governor Chadchart Transfers 12 Civil Servants Effective Oct 9
Bangkok Governor Chadchart has ordered the transfer of 12 municipal civil servants, including three deputy directors and nine district assistants, effective October 9. The moves, formalized in two administrative orders signed on October 7, reassign senior officials across the Education, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Finance, and Budget offices, as well as various district offices. The governor announced the changes at the irawatphatthana Building in Bangkok City Hall 2.
On October 7, Governor Chadchart signed two orders. Order 3671/2569 transfers three senior administrators: Jarinee Ruttharakarn from Assistant Chief of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Personnel Committee to Deputy Director of the Education Office; Kosol Singhanat from Deputy Director of the Education Office to Deputy Director of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Office; and Olarn Asawapangkul from Deputy Director of the Budget Office to Deputy Director of the Finance Office. Order 3672/2569 transfers nine district assistants: Ratchaphol Tangjaruen from Don Mueang District Assistant Director to Khlong Toei District Assistant Director; Jitsupat Akomphat from Phra Khanong District Assistant Director to Prawet District Assistant Director; Somkid Panphuet from Din Daeng District Assistant Director to Bang Sue District Assistant Director; Piyawat Sai Sang, head of the Library and Learning Section of the Recreation and Learning Promotion Office under the Culture, Sports and Tourism Office, to Thon Buri District Assistant Director; Chan yaphak Chamnikla from Samphanthawong District Assistant Director to Bang Rak District Assistant Director; Surakit Krisri-theprathan from Thung Khru District Assistant Director to Bueng Kum District Assistant Director; Petty Officer First Class Sombun Saengkaew from Lat Phrao District Assistant Director to Sai Mai District Assistant Director; Natthatchadamonth Chaiamnat from Phaya Thai District Assistant Director to Lat Phrao District Assistant Director; and Wanarat Samakki, head of the Budget Planning and Information Section of the Budget System Office under the Budget Office, to Director of the Budget Analysis Division 4 of the Budget Office. All transfers take effect from October 9.
