Bangkok Governor Signs 23 Senior Official Transfers
Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt signed orders transferring 10 senior officials and promoting 13 junior managers across city districts, effective October 1, 2026.
On September 24, 2026, at Bangkok City Hall, Governor Chadchart Sittipunt announced the signing of Bangkok Order No. 3233/2569 concerning the transfer of 10 senior management-level Bangkok civil servants. These include Komsun Visavato, transferred from inspector at the Office of the Permanent Secretary to director of Don Muang District; Akom Suthbun, from inspector to director of Nong Chok District; Thorapong Phetrkong, from director of Lat Krabang District to director of Lat Phrao District; Yuwanuch Nongphromma, from director of Nong Chok District to director of Ratchathewi District; Banjaporn Sakdireungmaen, from director of Bueng Kum District to director of Huai Khwang District; Pornpun Wattanasinthakun, from director of Bang Rak District to director of Bangkok Noi District; Siamrat Reuangnam, from director of Phra Nakhon District to director of Phasi Charoen District; Jeeradej Hongpraed, from director of Lat Phrao District to director of Bang Kapi District; Apicha Saenmanocha, promoted from director of Ratchathewi District to inspector at the Office of the Permanent Secretary; and Saichol Jangsomya, from director of Phaya Thai District to inspector at the Office of the Permanent Secretary. Additionally, Bangkok Order No. 3234/2569 promotes 13 junior management-level officials to director positions and inspector roles, including promotions across various districts and appointments to the Budget Department and Takasin Hospital. All transfers and promotions take effect from October 1, 2026.
