At 2:30 p.m. on September 27, a reporter observed severe flooding persisting at the Pattanakarn and Srinakarin Road intersection, with water levels remaining high on both the inbound lane toward Bang Kapi and the outbound lane toward Bangsaothrad, showing no signs of decline. Abandoned vehicles were scattered throughout the affected area. The location houses both the BTS Yellow Line's Hua Mark station and the Airport Rail Link's Hua Mark station. Despite the high floodwaters, foreign tourists and residents who needed to travel were seen wading through the water to board the trains and purchase necessities.
