A cement mixer truck lost control and crashed into the wall of a residential building near the Luea Chai traffic light in Luea Amnaj district, Amnat Charoen province, on September 17, 2025 at 7:10 p.m., trapping the driver inside. Rescue crews from the Petcharoen Foundation Amnat Charoen branch responded to the call for emergency equipment and extraction tools, using cutting gear for over 30 minutes to remove the body. The driver, identified as 40-year-old Paiwalai Saiwan, was pronounced dead at the scene.
