Man With Gun Storms House, Threatens to Shoot Neighbor
A man armed with a rifle stormed a home in Kamphaeng Phet province on September 14, threatening to kill a neighbor who had refused to continue drinking with him.
A video posted on the Facebook page "Kamphaeng Phet Complaints" shows a man entering a home in Nong Pling subdistrict, Muang district, Kamphaeng Phet province on September 14, armed with a rifle. The homeowner, Somkhit, 67, reported that Sutep, 45, forced his way in with a long gun, shouting threats to kill her son. Her son, Ai, 44, hid inside the house while the suspect repeatedly called for him to come out before leaving on a motorcycle. Somkhit said she was deeply frightened and later filed a report at Muang Kamphaeng Phet Police Station. Ai explained that the incident arose because Sutep was angry that he refused to continue drinking, as he was already intoxicated and needed to return home due to work in the morning. The case has been referred to police for legal proceedings.
