Police wives' club donates aid packages to 110 Bang Bon officers
The Metropolitan Police Wives' Club distributed care packages of eggs, rice, and water to 110 officers at Bang Bon Police Station on July 24, with the initiative now expanded to 34 stations across the metro area.
On July 24 at Bang Bon Police Station, Metropolitan Police Commissioner Siam Bunsorn, along with deputy commissioners and senior officers, joined the Metropolitan Police Wives' Club in distributing care packages containing eggs, rice, and drinking water to 110 officers at the station. The initiative aimed to boost morale and recognize the officers' hard work. Supporters also provided snacks including fried oysters and noodles to further appreciate their dedication. Certificates were presented to student children of officers who won awards in the "Stories from a Police Child" competition under the theme "Police Child: Communicates and Creates." The event was attended by Bang Bon Police Station Commander Thanamesh Wichitchariya and other station leadership, community leaders, and representatives from Supaprn Plastic Factory.
Commissioner Siam expressed gratitude for the officers' commitment to maintaining peace and order in the area, earning praise from superiors. He noted that this project, supported jointly by the Metropolitan Police Wives' Club and other donors, represents a small gesture of appreciation and support for improving living conditions. The initiative has expanded to 34 police stations so far, and the commissioner urged officers to continue maintaining these positive values.
