SC Asset's Riverfront Condo Project Draws Over 2 Billion Baht in Pre-Launch Bookings

Reference BAIE River Bangpho, SC Asset's flagship mega-project and the company's first waterfront condominium development, has received strong market interest following its first preview on September 26–27. Informal bookings have surpassed 2 billion baht, with an official launch set for October 17–18.

On September 29, SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited announced the continued strong interest in the project following the initial preview. Customer traffic to both the project site and sales office has been brisk, driven by both SC's direct channels and its Global Partners Club network, resulting in informal bookings totaling over 2 billion baht.

Kanok Limkaernit, Managing Director of SC Asset's Premium Property Development and International Customer Group, stated that the response reflects customer interest in the Chao Phraya riverfront location and the multi-generation living concept designed to accommodate residents across different age groups. A key highlight is the communal space design emphasizing wellness and wellbeing, covering relaxation, healthcare, fitness, work, and family time to create a living environment suited to diverse lifestyles.

Reference BAIE River Bangpho is located on the Chao Phraya riverfront in the Bangpho area, incorporating river views and atmosphere as central design elements. The project blends location, scenery, design, and functionality to create a new dimension of riverside living and enhance Bangpho's appeal as a Chao Phraya waterfront residential destination.
