Pongsaphon Lakphakit shot a 3-under 67 in the second round, giving him a two-day total of 1-under 139 and a tie for 16th place with Pro Phet, who shot a 1-under 69. Pro Phum also carded a 1-under 69, but his two-day total is 3-over 143, leaving him tied for 32nd. The individual lead is held by Taiwan's Wang Wei-chuan and China's Ding Wen-yu, both at 9-under 131.
