Kan Defends Foundation Against Lawyer's Accusations

Kan Jompluang has responded to accusations from lawyer Sithira Biabangkerd, known as Lawyer Tam, who filed a complaint requesting an audit of Kan Jompluang Foundation's finances on September 4, 2025. Kan firmly reaffirmed his willingness to undergo scrutiny, declaring that the more his foundation is examined, the more it will shine.

Kan stated that the foundation has been subject to continuous oversight and has willingly cooperated with relevant authorities by submitting clarification documents multiple times. Regarding allegations that the foundation failed to submit financial statements for five to six months, Kan pointed out that district officials have already confirmed on record that the foundation submitted its financial reports completely and on time in accordance with legal requirements, contradicting the claims made against it. He called on the public to consume news responsibly and base their judgments on evidence.

When asked about mimicry involving someone wearing a mustache and red suit making attacks, Kan firmly said he has no intention of wasting time on arguments or insults, preferring instead to spend his valuable time helping distressed people. He expressed his belief that people will receive what they deserve based on their actions. While his critic chose to file complaints, Kan chose to use that time for social work.

Kan assured his supporters and fans that he will not disappoint them, pointing to the tangible results of his foundation's work that are evident to the public, including disaster relief for floods and fires, support for fire trucks, and free transportation of the deceased. All these efforts stem from actual hands-on work in the field.

During his visit to Pattaya, Kan was met by numerous residents and fans seeking photos and offering encouragement. Some brought drinks and pizza to thank him and support his social welfare efforts, even as he faced intense criticism and controversy in recent days.
