Police Seize Gun in Bangkok Motorcycle Shop Killing
Over 10 teenagers shot and killed a 32-year-old motorcycle shop employee with 21 gunshot wounds in Bangkok's Nong Chok district. Police raided a Chachoengsao house and seized two firearms believed used in the attack.
More than 10 teenagers in two modified pickup trucks stormed a motorcycle repair shop and opened fire on a 32-year-old employee identified as Singto, leaving him with 21 gunshot wounds. The attack occurred at a shop in Krathumrai subdistrict, Nong Chok district, Bangkok. Police have already identified one suspect, 31-year-old Theerapat, among those responsible.
On September 18, Deputy Police Chief Chotiwat Luangwilai led a joint operation with the Bangkok Investigation Division and Nong Chok Police Station to raid a target house in Bang Nam Priao district, Chachoengsao province. Based on investigation leads, authorities believed the suspects had hidden and stashed the weapon used in the shooting at this residence.
During the search, police seized two firearms as evidence: one long-barrel shotgun and one 9-millimeter handgun, along with ammunition. The homeowner was taken into custody and all evidence was seized for case files.
Deputy Police Chief Chotiwat held an urgent meeting with all investigation teams to coordinate a swift operation to capture all suspects involved. Court arrest warrants have already been issued against those identified.
